Nikki Marfori joined Reliance Development Company in 2003 and is the company’s assistant asset manager/loan coordinator. Nikki’s primary areas of responsibility with Reliance include gathering and preparing necessary documentation for loan closings as well as assisting in the asset management of the company’s properties. Other responsibilities include serving as a liaison between owners of the properties and the property managers, vendors and tenants; coordination of signage and awnings for new developments and maintaining the company’s data archives.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in History from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN. Prior to coming to Reliance, Nikki held a position as a Government Insuring Loan Analyst for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage while completing her degree.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys running, reading, writing and spending lots of time with her Maltese puppies Peaches and Oliver.
