Paul joined Reliance Development Company in 1997
and is now a partner and the company’s Chief Financial Officer. A
summa cum laude graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and
a Certified Public Accountant, Paul has 20-years of experience in
accounting and financial management. Prior to joining Reliance, Paul
held management positions with Thies & Talle Enterprises, Inc.,
Concept Communications, Inc. and U.S. Development Corporation.
At Reliance, Paul is responsible for asset and
risk management, accounting, permanent financing, benefits
administration and treasury management. He has coordinated the
formation, capitalization and debt financing of several real estate
holding companies, including Reliance Investment Properties I, LLC,
which owns five shopping centers in the Minneapolis metro area.
Paul is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and of the International Council of
Shopping Centers.
Married with four children, Paul spends his free
time as a chauffeur.
